What if your goods are faulty?

• Please contact our customer service team on info@worktough.co.uk. If the item was purchased in store from one UK stockists, you must return it to that store.
• Please attach photographs of the faulty product including labels along with your order number. You may be asked to return the product/s if a decision cannot be made based on the photos provided.
• The customer service team will review the evidence of the fault and aim to respond within 3 working days with the outcome of your claim.
